Joe Rich is the Director Manufacturing Sector and a Board Member for Celebrate Freedom Foundation

Joe is the owner of Sunshine Recycling & Aggregate Inc and a graduate of Edisto High School, Joe started Sunshine Recycling in June 1996 and currently employs 46 people. In addition to being the owner of Sunshine Recycling, Rich is a board member of the Three River Council of Governments, member of the Orangeburg Rotary Club, Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries Inc. member, South of the Carolina Recyclers Association member and United States Parachute Association member.

Joe has been extraordinarily strong supporter of CFF from the beginning, Joe has sponsored several STEM Education Outreach Program visits in the Orangeburg, SC area each year along with assisting and supporting many of CFFs events over the years.
