Daniel C. Hennigan, Director of Community Outreach is a board member of the Celebrate Freedom Foundation.

He has more than 40 years of professional global military and automotive manufacturing corporate experience. In the military, he held global leadership and combat positions as a unit commander, provost marshal, operations officer, personnel officer, and platoon Leader.

In the corporate world, Hennigan held global executive management positions in sales, marketing, new business development, application engineering and program management with GM, TRW, Siemens AG Joint Venture, Paramedic Technology Corporation (PTC). He also helped launch two technology companies.

Hennigan, who retired from the U.S. Army and TRW, is the program chairman for the Lexington Rotary Club, an Honorary S.C. Lexington County Deputy Sheriff, a member of the Sheriffs Advisory Council; a board member of Honor Flight, Boy Scouts of America and USO. Dan is also the founder / Chairman of 9/11 Remembrance Foundation S.C. and Chairman of the of the nationwide Stephen Siller Tunnel 2 Towers SC Annual Run Walk. Hennigan also received the New York City World Trade Center Historic Artifacts Above and Beyond Award and was sworn in as a Honorary NYC FDNY Battalion Chief. Hennigan is the Co- Chairman of the Dorn VA Hospital Military Veterans Engagement Executive Council (MVEC) and Chairman of the Grass Roots $6.1m Fisher House project do to break ground October-November 2020.

Dan received his undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from MSU in 1974 and graduate degree in Business from CMU in 1979.
